Is Netflix an IPTV?
No, Netflix is not an IPTV service. It’s a streaming service, which allows you to watch movies and TV shows on online without downloading them first.
Can I switch from MAC to M3U or M3U to MAC?
Yes you can.If you want to do that please send us your order id, or current username and your new MAC or M3U address.
Can I watch program through different devices at the same time using same subscription?
No.You can use only one device using same subscription at the same time.If you not follow that your account will be banned without warning and no refund you.
Do I allow VPN?
Yes, our service works well with Virtual Private Network (VPN).
EPG is not working?
It is happen when your digital tuner get fault.To fix it please unplug your TV and router from the wall for 1 minute, and then upload your M3U file or M3U URL again to the SIPTV website. This should fix the problem. If not, your IP address is probably blocked. Tell us what happens.
