Please scroll down to Settings in the Main Menu and click it.
- Go to My Fire TV.
- Select developer options.
- Click Apps from Unknown Sources
- Select Turn On.
- Go back to the home page and click the Search icon.
- Type in “Downloader”.
- Choose the Downloader app.
- Click “Download” and then “Open”.
- If prompted, select “Allow” and then click OK.
